Our model requires 40 hrs/week of sustained bicycle pedaling per person. We start at 8.1B people, remove 1.3B children under 10 (cannot reach pedals), 700M adults over 70 (cannot sustain output), 200M people who are bedridden or otherwise unavailable, and 4.7B people who do not like bikes. That leaves 1.2B qualified humans. We consider this a large number.
Zero salaries.Compensation
Compensation is non-monetary. Interns receive experience, exposure, and accreditation through Internex Online University (IOU). IOU is not recognized by any government, employer, or accreditation body. College credit from your actual university requires their approval. They will say no. This has occurred 100% of the time.
